	Unable to label the last data point.  e.g.
		% cat | graph

		^D
		graph:  error reading x coordinate at `foo bar'.

	however repeating the last data point gets around the problem.

		% cat | graph 
		1 2
		3 3 "foo bar"
		3 3
		^D

plot2ps:
	plot.c, lime 406 still uses argv[i+1] to get the value.  It should
	be using optarg.  Same with line 410.
