🚀 go-pugleaf

Fixed in enclosed patch:
1. Both <sys/time.h> and <time.h> need to be included for getdate.y

2. rindex and index are defined in <string.h>, so #undef them before
   redefining them.

Not fixed in patch:
1. complains about number of arguments of macro rindex()

2. won't link with provided malloc -- unresolved symbol etext --
   works with system malloc.
