Who should run in.fingerd and in.cfingerd from /etc/inetd.conf? Do
each of these require root privledge? Can I install finger-1.36 to
use bin instead? Do I need to set /usr/local/etc/fingerdir ownership?
Should I forget it and just use root?
Any suggestions appreciated.

And the very beginnings of civilization, the very beginnings of this
country, goes back to the family.
