DESCRIPTION

Invoking bzrto with the following options
  
   % bzrto -verbose -metafont gbbb30b -output=gbbb30B

dumps core with a segmentation violation when writing the Metafont
epilogue.  The failure occurs in the function "output_ligtable" while
writing ligature information, caused by a pointer dereference that occurs
before the data is tested for validity (in a local variable
initialization).

SUGGESTED FIX

Making the following change to bzrto/metafont.c corrects the problem:
