Typo ? in regex 0.11 README ?

The README file in version 0.11 of regex refers one to an INSTALL file
for details of installation, then goes on in the next sentence and says
that only the info file gets installed.  I assume that regex.o should
be installed in the gnu libc and the regex.h should be installed in the
gnu include directory?  Without an INSTALL I am uncertain.
