I get an error/warning from objcopy from the i960 version of the Intel-modified gnu utilities and cannot determine if this is really a problem. The code loads and runs fine. The command and the error/warning are shown below: objcopy -q -l foo.o bfd assertion fail b.out.c:575 bfd assertion fail b.out.c:575 < repeats many times> I would assume that "bfd" means binary file desriptor and that b.out.c:575 is the file name and line number at which this assertion was made. Now, what does it mean? Any comments?
