When oleo-1.0 starts up, it prints

  Oleo version 0.03.2, Copyright (C) 1990 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

instead of

  Oleo version 1.0, Copyright (C) 1990 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

Probably because there are two places that where the version number
must be changed in io_term.c.
