glibc build question
#1200

While porting glibc to a new system, I've noticed that the cflags
passed to the compiler are (<foo> is information related to the
machine I'm porting to):

-I. -I.. -DLIBC -I../sysdeps/<foo> -I../sysdeps/<foo> -I../sysdeps/<foo> -I../sysdeps/generic -I../sysdeps/stub

Shouldn't "." and ".." be *LAST* on the list, so that I can override
the .h files with new ones in the sysdeps directory? As it is, if I
want to have a different setjmp.h, I have to mod the one in ./setjmp
instead of in ./sysdeps/<foo>
