it is just a little diff for `lib/obstack.c'. It what i had to do to
get m4 to compile on a DECstation 3100 running ultrix 4.1.

I should aim releasing GNU m4 1.1 fairly soon, now. The source code
changed a lot, diffs will most likely not apply. GNU m4 alpha was
named GNU m4 1.0.1 and 1.0.2. If nobody objects, I might submit GNU
m4 1.0.3 for prep.ai.mit.edu as a beta version, let it stabilize,
through one or more beta versions maybe, then release GNU m4 1.1.

This is corrected by now, as many other things.
