🚀 go-pugleaf

Compiling GNU finger 1.37 in a separate directory from the source
still doesn't work very well.

  * configure --prefix is not respected in the Makefiles.

  * various problems with --srcdir, vpath, and Makefile targets.

  * the use of $(SRC) in the Makefiles doesn't work.

  * some of the Makefile targets have $(CC)="$(CC)" instead of CC="$(CC)".

I was able to get clean builds after making the following changes.
