indent -ncs fails on this example:

$ indent --version
GNU indent 1.5
$ cat bug.c
int foo()
{
  return (int)n;
}
$ indent -npro -ncs -o /dev/stdout bug.c
int 
foo ()
{
  return (int) n;
}
$
