indent-1.5 1st case label misaligned

Given the properly formatted input,

void
bar (int foo)
{
  switch (foo)
    {
    case 0:
      abort ();
      break;

    default:
      abort ();
    }
}

indent-1.[45] (with -gnu -st options) produces the following.
The first case label is indented two spaces. If I add any
statements between the function's opening brace and the switch,
the problem goes away.

void
bar (int foo)
{
  switch (foo)
    {
      case 0:
      abort ();
      break;

    default:
      abort ();
    }
}
