A vanilla 5.3 port here seems to require fcntl.h to be included in
order to define F_DUPFD.  Other than that, it built fine on SunOS
4.0 and V.3.

In SCO Xenix 386, I also had to #include <fcntl.h> in order to
get F_DUPFD defined.
