indent 1.6 bug (?)

	Consider the following C code:

/*
 *  Test
 */

main ()
{
	int code;

	/*
	 *  Thang.
	 */
	code = 1;
}

	indent -cbd test.c  produces:

/*
 *  Test
 */

main ()
{
  int code;

  /*
	 *  Thang.
	 */
  code = 1;
}

	which is not quite what I thought it would:

/*
 *  Test
 */

main ()
{
  int code;

  /*
   *  Thang.
   */
  code = 1;
}

	Maybe I just can't figure out the sequence of options that
	produce this result. I don't want to format (paragraph) these
	comments---just have them move to the same column as the code
	with internal alignment unchanged.

	Possibly a problem because of tabs in the original file?

Thanks,
