fileutils-3.3: hpux 6.5: small bug
#714

In the current fileutils set on hpux 6.5, "lib/system.h" includes
<unistd.h>, which in turn includes <utime.h>. When "lib/system.h"
later looks for a "utimbuf" declaration, it does it by hand, since
_POSIX_VERSION is not defined for hpux 6.5. Unfortunately, the
declarations clash, since <utime.h> uses time_t for the fields.
