The Makefile in tar 1.11 still wants tar.texinfo to exist, even though
it's been (temporarily, I realize) removed from the distribution.

Also, malloc.c needs getpagesize.h (on a Sun 4 running SunOS 4.1,
compiling with gcc 2.2.2).  I copied it from Emacs.
