GNU sed 1.11 configured and installed perfectly using GNU C 1.41 under
COFF encapsulation on this 386/ix 2.0.2 system, waiting for Hurd to be
ready :-).  Let me comment on two things:

* The INSTALL file should be rejunevated, from Autoconf 1.2's maybe.

* There should be some installable user documentation.
