The texinfo file distributed with bison 1.19 has a typo that causes `make
bison.info' to fail.  I'm using the latest public version of texinfo (texinfo
1.15, which contains makeinfo 1.47).  Here are the symptoms:

	makeinfo ./bison.texinfo
	Making info file `bison.info' from `./bison.texinfo'.
	./bison.texinfo:4512: Unknown info command `noindex'.

Here's a patch:
