Hello,

The following problem doesn't affect bison (1.19) itself,
only its documentation source file, `bison.texinfo'.

At line 4512, this file uses the macro `@noindex', which is
neither defined in supplied `texinfo.tex' nor in `bison.texinfo' itself.
As a result, dvi file generation by TeX aborts (see transcript below).

If this macro reference is deleted (by deleting line 4512),
then the dvi file is generated without any apparent damage to it.

It *looks* as if this macro is a leftover and should be deleted.
