fileutils 3.3.1 bug on Solaris 2.0
#991

When configuring fileutils 3.3.1 on Solaris 2.0, configure fails to
recognize that the SVR4 functions to get the list of mounted filesystems
are available. This happens because it searches for putmntent in
<sys/mnttab.h> after that file has passed the C preprocessor.
Unfortunately, putmntent is a macro in SunOS 5.0 and cannot be found. It
seems to be safer to check for getmntent instead, which seems always to be
a function.
