Several methods.

They can put it in the moving van and charge by weight ($1,200 from
Colorado to Sacramento, CA). 

Pay someone to drive it (whatever price you can negotiate but cheaper
than above).

Ship it on a "transport" trailer (about 1,000 from CO to CA for me).
