Hi:

I noticed that someone mentioned about ALL TUNE AND LUBE being a good shop.
I wouldn't trust them at all!!!!!!! Twice I had them try to get at me for
a
lot more on things that I can do in my car. I have also been in that
shop when other people were being forced to get a job done, and when at one
time this guy said he didn't have the cash, this guy was asking him for
the credit cards, when he said, he didnt have credit cards, he wanted his
check book and so on...The bottom line is that I also know other people who
have had bad luck with the guys at ALL TUNE & LUBE. Just BE CAREFUL if you
plan on going there.

With regards to problems at CITGO near the greenbelt plaza, I would stay
clear from them. This place was recommended to me online as being trustworthy,
good shop etc. My car which essentially had a bad distributor was right
at the beginning diagnosed as bad computer chip problem, the replaced the
electronig modulator for $155. When my car stalled the very next day on the
BWI parkway, I had to get it towed back to this garage, and they said will
have to replace the distributor. Fortunately, my car started, and I brought
it home, bought the ditributor for $85 and fixed it myself and got back,
$80 that they had charged me for the electronic modulator. I simply lost
$75 for the mechanics time (which I didn't mind if my problem was fixed) but
two other days too! which was worth more to me.

I also know that they take women who have no idea about cars for a ride!!
Witnessed this inside the store on two occasions. True its not much statistics,
but again BE CAREFUL stepping in there.
