Basic Info:

Room available in a big, quiet, safe, shared house in old Greenbelt on
Greenbelt lake. We're looking for a fourth housemate; male, grad student
or professional, non-smoker. $300/mo + utilities. Available 1/1/96.

Details:

We have one 12' x 11' room available. You will share a bathroom with
one other housemate. Rent is $300/month + utilities (approx $50/month
+ long distance phone).  One month security deposit required and references.

The house has central air, a carport, a deck overlooking the lake, w/d, d/w,
an attic, and a spare bedroom for guests. It's on a quiet, safe street with
plenty of parking.

The house backs to woods and Greenbelt Lake. You can walk out the back
door to a nice 1.25 mile jogging path around the lake. There's also
a fun little mountain bike loop.

It is within walking distance of 3 bus lines (T15/16/17, R-12, C2/4) to the
nearby Greenbelt METRO as well as being on the UMD shuttle route. It's also
within walking distance of a library, theatre, grocery, fitness center and
the other shops in Greenbelt Center. The Beltway and the B/W Parkway are
both within a mile for easy commuting north or south.
