I have a condo that I am renting until around March/April.

I would like to sell it instead of renting it out again
next year. If you are interested in purchasing it from me now you can
start earning a tax dedution now.
However, the current lease must be honored. 

I will sell it for a VERRRRRRY reasonable price....im not looking to
make anything on it. I just hate the hassle
of being a landlord. 

The loan is an assumable FHA at 7.0 % 

When I rented to the current tennant I collected all the rent checks as
post-dated checks. I can pass this
along if you decide to buy the place now. This means that you never have
to wait for the rent check! NO RISK! 

If cash is a problem we can work something out
