Two rooms for rent in four bedroom Cape Cod, located in Bowie. 15 minute drive to Goddard, five minutes from Safeway, Giant, Sears, and a variety of restaurants (Chinese, Italian, Taco Hell, Baskin Robbins (sure, that counts), Pizza Hut, among others.) Family community - lots of joggers, bike trail, library nearby. One minute from Route 50, fifteen minutes from the Bay Bridge, ~20 minutes from the University of Maryland. Other two rooms rented by professional women and some cats. Neat household, non-partiers. You furnish the bedroom, rest of house already taken care of. Share bathroom with one other, and share kitchen with three other housemates. House has central air, washer/dryer, fenced back yard, good birdwatching. I ride horses, Mary Ellen rides a bike. The cats sleep a lot. We're looking for responsible, mature (although not necessarily old) housemates. Required skills: bathroom cleaning, dishwashing. Interested? $260 per month plus 1/4 utilities.
