Male or Female non-smoker to share 4 bedroom 3 bathroom single family
home with two males professionals in old Greenbelt (Boxwood 
Village section).

$400 or $350 per month plus one third utilities.
Monthly lease.

Located in Greenbelt, MD, 2 min from Beltway, BW Parkway, and 
  Greenbelt Metro station.
4 miles to UMCP; GSFC.
10 min walk to Greenbelt Lake. 
Bike to GSFC via back roads through Beltsville Agricultural 
  Research Center.
House located on UMCP shuttle bus route.
Quiet, safe neighborhood; dead end street.

Gas furnace, water heater, and dryer. Washer, dishwasher, central AC,
cable TV, up to 3 phone lines, deck, shady back yard.

Available mid-April.
