Period = July 1st to August 31st; the starting date can be negotiated;
possibility to extend the lease in the fall (to be arranged with the
landlord)
Rent = $350 including all utilities
The apartment is a huge 2-bdr with living room, dining room, pantry, 2
porches, a garden and plenty of storage space in the basement.
Hardwood floors. Second floor of a 2-apt house.
Share with a male BU graduate student non-smoker.
The apartment is very convenient for MIT, Harvard and BU students.
Harvard sq is 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes bus ride on the #66
MIT (Kendall sq) is a 15 minutes bus ride on the #64
The B branch of the green line is only 10 minutes walk away.
Quiet, safe area, close to Star Market and Boston Food co-op.
