EXERCISE EQUIPMENT FOR SALE

All items are in excellent condition, and are being sold primarily because
my apartment is not big enough for them. Please reply via email if you are
interested, have questions, or think I left out vital information. You can
also call me at 617-876-5759 if you prefer. Thanks. (And if you don't like
the prices, make an offer ...)

1. Tunturi "Muscle Trainer MT 311" (as sold by The Sharper Image, among
others). According to the accompanying manual, "takes up very little space
and allows you to exercise nearly all the muscle groups -- altogether
about 20 different exercises." Uses cables attached to a hydraulic pump
to provide resistance, which adjusts with a dial up to 70 kilograms,
or about 150 pounds. Exercises include biceps curl, triceps pushdown,
"bench press" (sitting, a combination of out and up), pullovers, lat
pulldowns, bent-over rowing, seated rowing, leg extensions, and more.

List price, about $575 unassembled, asking $395 assembled, little-used.

2. Biodyne weightlifting bench. All black, good padding. Includes handles
for dips, adjustments for inclining bench, leg extension/curl attachment,
preacher curl attachment. Very solid, high quality.

List price about $175 unassembled. Asking $125 partially assembled (you
basically just plug a couple of parts together). Two years old but not
   used for the last year.

3. Weights and bar. 2x25, 4x10, 4x5 pounds. Bar is 6 feet long, weighs
25 pounds. Collars twist on. Weights are iron, black.

Asking $50 for complete set. They're weights, how can you go wrong?
