Job Description: Senior Human Resources Management Systems Analyst
needed with the following experience: minimum Bachelors Degree in
Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Management
Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; at least 2
years
of demonstrated experience in a similar position performing project
management, functional analysis, programming - FoxPro programming
experience preferred, database administration and user training and
support; working knowledge of at least one integrated HRMS preferably
Peoplesoft or another that utilizes client server technology involving
end-user reporting; demonstrated thorough knowledge of one or more
areas
of Human Resources (preferably Compensation and Benefits
Administration
and Employment Processing) and working knowledge of most areas of
Human
Resources (e.g. Labor Relations, EEO/AAP, etc.), skill and ability to
translate technical requirements and terms into lay language and to
motivate users to learn to use HRMS systems available; and excellent
communication, organizational, planning and analytical skills.  Start
date is ASAP and the duration is contract to direct.  Salary is
negotiable DOE plus benefits.
