First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an Information Technology
Manager to manage all 
phases of design, development, implementation and maintenance of
applications systems.

Minimum 7 years IT experience and 3 years management experience in
banking required.  
Also requiring experience with developing annual IT budgets, vendor
contract negotiation and
 structured design methodology and system development life cycle
project implementation. 
Knowledge of MVS, CICS, VSAM and relational database systems
desirable.
