     programming, database Admin user trainning. Must have exp. with
     Peoplesofft,
     foxpro A+, Demonstrated through knowledge of HR comp, and

     Maintains
     and upgrades HR computer Applications.

     Basic Job Purpose:
     Under general dirrection, SERVES as HR lead and liasion between
Human
     Resource
     Department and ISD, Payroll Department, and vendors to install
HRMS,
     ancillary
     and sub-systems,and to implement systems changes, MAINTAIN HRMS,
     subsystems,
     and ancillaries to ensure integrity of database. ANALYZES systems
     regularly to
     improve them. SERVES as resource to HR staff for all HRMS-related
     issues;
     Provides technical support to HR staff on creating customized
reports
     and
     queries; PROVIDES assistance to HR PC users in understanding and
     utilizing
     software packages; ASSIST HR users in developing their
applications;
     FOLLOWS
     established policies, procedures, and specific instructions.
