Anyone know of a wxmap server?

Some folks have described using the wxmap program. Unluckily, I am unable
to access the host server suggested in the rec.windsurfing newsgroup
(walter.bellcore.com). Does anyone know of any hosts that have the wxmap
server running (port 612) that allows connections from outside machines?

Thanks, Brad

Error I get is
Unable to connect to remote host: Host is unreachable
when trying to connect to walter.bellcore.com on port 612.
