You are wrong sir!
My wife and I moved to Halifax from Vancouver 1 1/2 years ago. We came for 
a visit for a few weeks, and thought it was so nice we decided to live 
here.
Well, now after living here, we have decided to move back to Vancouver. My 
job is good here, so it's not a money thing. We DO find the people very 
small minded/small town. Politics are pathetic, It's very hard to do 
business here, where "profit" is a dirty word!
People here want to be thought of as a real city, but that's a joke! It's 
very rare you meet someone who DOESN'T drink, or gamble, or who doesn't 
think playing the 6/49 is a part time job. Trying to find a solid hard 
worker, who want's to work for the company instead of just their paycheck is a 
nightmare as well. So, I say if you want to be treated like a real city, 
act like a real city.
