When I am elected as your write-in candidate, I will seek authorization for a 100
million dollar software development project (with a minimum of 10 million dollars to be
re-distributed to the Nova Scotia voting public under the Deagle 'Share The Graft'
initiative) which will provide every individual who accesses Usenet the ability, with a
simple 'click' when responding to spam-postings from the likes of John Lauzon, to send
no less than 100,000 pieces of spam to Lauzon's many mailboxes, accompanied by over
100,000 auto-complaints to the various services and ISPs that allow Lauzon to abuse
Usenet as only he knows how to do.

Lauzon would not be a problem if he would confine himself to posting with ONE name and
ONE name only (something he promised to do, but failed to follow through on, thereby
proving that he is an un-Christian, unmitigated LIAR -- and don't forget that SATAN
(aka 'The Devil') is the FATHER of all LIARS), such measures would not be necessary.
However in light of Lauzon's persistent abuse of Usenet, in the absence of successfully
invoking a UDP (Usenet Death Penalty for those unfamiliar with the term), the only way
to combat Lauzon's never-ending spam is to spam him back with total abandon.

An alternative solution would be to seek legislation at the federal level to require
Lauzon (and other spammers) to pay each recepient of his messages a 'nuisance fee' of
$19.95 per spam-posting. At that rate it wouldn't take long before the inane Lauzon
would be forced to cease and desist due to the economic hardship.

DEAGLE.
