Being offened by language / pictures / whatever is learned. Would you be offened if someone swore at you in a language you didn't understand ? I grew up in the north end...very used to colorful language. Language does not offend me, I know it offends some people and if I don't know my audience I'll err on the side of caution if it suits me (business dealings / girl friend's relatives...etc). When I stub my toe the word 'poop' does not come to mind !! It was the way I was brought up...I use very colorful language a lot of the time...just who I am.
