If he did so once, whatever, but when he stupidly posts the same ad month after
month for over a YEAR -- it's annoying!

It's also stupid & counterproductive, but that's his own problem. . .

Anyone can figure out it's a bad deal otherwise with all the perks he
describes, the place would've been snatched up long ago!

Better he should've offered it in exchange for a red paperclip!
