Howdy! The big gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgendered/etc/etc bulletin board for Halifax, http://welcome.to/gayhalifax/ has had a couple of functional updates; the search function is available on every page, and the results display the context of the search string. Also the new HitCounter page gives you a very good idea of the pages that people are using. As always, the page LocalEvents is kept up-to-date with anything of interest. The system has over nine hundred pages online for any subject about queer life in Halifax that you can imagine (and lots you may not be able to :-). The system is a wiki; that is, a richly crosslinked, collaborative environment. If you want to discuss wiki environments, write back. -- Daniel MacKay Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
