Baghdad, Iraq - 14 December 2003

Saddam Hussein, captured last night by U.S. forces near his
home town of Tikrit, was released on a technicality after being
successfully defended by the American Civil Liberties Union on
the basis of Saddam being improperly advised of his Miranda
rights, and being denied legal counsel before being subjected
to questioning by U.S. authorities.

The A.C.L.U. further stated that the taking of DNA samples from
Saddam without his consent and without an attorney present is
a flagrant violation of Saddam's civil rights, which led to his being
immediately released to his family members who condemned the
U.S. action as being illegal, immoral and without justification.

And all the amoral leftists and their lying liberal brethren said
'AMEN'.

Ah, of course. When unable to respond or refute, just label it
'trolling'.

Check.

Sir,

He wasnt arrested by the rcmp, fbi, cia or any other governed facility. He
was captured under military law which allows them to perform dna testing,
uncontrolled or monitored military law. Get your facts straight.

Think what you like, but when a group of men/women in fatigues with m-16's
and tanks and apache choppers are involved, ya better have your shit
together because interrogation goes to a whole new level

Haywood

The U.S. None of the above applies.

I find it an amusing bit of satire.

Obviously a bit too subtle for some.

Thanks for playing.
