            While my mouse is still moving zig-zag slow occasionally,
I am looking for a viewer for viewing CHINESE in English Windows 3.1.

Am I in the right direction?  
Do they need Chinese Fonts (such as those in ET of several Mega byes large)?
Which of them are 'good'?

What is the difference between the files in  ...../viewer  with those in 
ftp.cuhk.hk/pub/chinese/ifcss/software/ms-win/c-sys ?

Please shed some light on this! (I don't know much about Chinese:)
