Hi Sogo,

I experienced this problem too. In the past, my NEC monitor's output was
vibrating all the time under win95. I solved this problem by changing
monitor type (under control panel-> monitor-> setting) from stardard
monitor to the NEC model that I have. Beside this, I also downloaded and
installed the lastest display driver from web to replace the one come
with win95. After these two steps, the problem is gone. By the way,if
this don't work, you should better ask you friend from what has been
done within your computer.
