Exciting career opportunities in the Semiconductor Components Business

Hewlett-Packard's Hong Kong office is the Pacific Rim Sales and
Marketing centre for their Electronic Components business in this
region. The explosive growth of the global Telecommunications
industry has resulted in tremendous opportunities for HP's
Semiconductor business, particularly in RF, microwave, Opto
Electronics and Fibre Optic components. HP's continuing success
in this region is resulting in regular new career opportunities. 

The key objective is to ensure the company has the product and
service capability required to satisfy the telecom and datacom
network demands throughout Asia. This will include:
* Market Research
* Technical Application Support
* Design Consulting
* product pricing
* promotional programmes, and the development and training of sales and 
distribution channels in the region.

NB There is no closing date for applications as this is an ongoing 
recruitment campaign.

Requirements:
An electrical/electronic engineering degree qualification plus
several years postgraduate experience in detailed design and
experience in at least one of the dicsiplines mentioned above.
Knowledge of technology such as SONET, SDH, GSM, CDMA, PCS, DECT 
and ATM would be an advantage, as would conversational language skills 
applicable to the Indian and Asian continents. 
* Fluency in English is essential. *

HP will cover relocation costs and provide assistance with

remuneration package will be negotiated.
