Good man,

Who the hell are you? You don't dare to use your real name? I believe that
this newsgroup is not a suitable place for political advertisements.

Btw, do you really think that HK is in s mess simply because DP is not
participating in the Legco? Do they have anything done in the previous
Legco which maintains the stability and prosperity of Hong Kong? As I can
observe, what they are doing is just

1) Fighting for democracy in China, which is, in fact, violating Deng Siu
Ping's suggestion of "Well water should not interfere river water and vice
versa", and the consequence could be greater interference from the Central
Government to HK government;

2) Criticizing other political parties, usually for very minor things and
issues that are still not concluded, sometimes they are even criticizing
things that don't exist.

3) Making pro-labour laws. I can't say that these laws are bad to HK
society, but they are definitely not good ways to solving problems such as
unemployment and economic depression.

Do you believe that by doing the things mentioned above can lead to
prosperity in Hong Kong? If so, open your eyes wide and look at Australia
and the Philippines! They are 100% democratic countries and the power is
grasped by the citizens. LOOK AT THEIR ECONOMY AND SOCIAL SITUATION? Which
is a mess compared with Hong Kong?!!

In fact, I don't think DP have grasp the soul of democracy. Democracy does
not mean only to obey the majority, but also to protect the minority who
may otherwise be harmed. But DP criticize the ratio-representative election

system simply because they will gain less seats in the Legco. They are just

not considering the needs of the minority in society. And I think it is not

ethical for them to promote themselves as the only democratic or the most
democratic political group in Hong Kong out of the reasons given above.

I am not against DP because I am pro-Communist or what, in fact I think
there are less than 60 persons in Hong Kong who are willing and really able

to be an Legco member, and none of the so called "political parties" can
gain a passing score from me.

James Chow.
