Ah ha ! I am not alone.  Someone else share
the very same feeling as me.  If you care about
the future of the Internet and your kids, you should
read today's HK Economic Journal (Shun Pao), there
is an article (in Chinese) by Dr. M.Y.Chang titled

  "How to control pornographic information on the Internet"

You may find it on Page 19 of today's Shun Pao (Mar 21, 96).
I am not sure if there is any on-line version.

The idea of both articles are much the same, in
short, (having said many times in this forum)

  1) ISPs provide different services to children and adults
  2) address-based filtering
  3) filtering done on ISPs but not client-side

P.S. My article is supposed to appear in Ming Pao.  It has
     already been accepted for print but was pre-empted
     by (too many) articles on the Taiwan Strait Event :-(
     Once it is printed, I guess this issue will be discussed
     in a much larger circle.
