Letting your dog have an "accident" on the floor in a restaurant
is not responsible dog-ownerhip. I don't know why you think it
is ok if you carry a plastic bag into the restaurant.
Finally, the insurance companies are fighting back they will
no longer provide insurance for home-owners with dogs. Will
restaurants no longer be able to get insurance either.
USA Today reported it today.
