I have discovered the wonderful world of sushi.  What are the best places
in Houston to get it, and how much can I expect to pay?

Hmm.. noticed no-one has mentioned Japon on Westheimer (Near EggHead software).
Their sushi is competitively priced at $1 during happy hours (5-7, I think), 
but their Hand Rolls are excellent (starts at $2.25). IMHO, service is better 
than Miyako's. Anyone try their lunch buffet yet?
