Websphere Technical Support Analyst - 1 contract and 1 full time
senior person required
You will be responsible for ensuring that all Internet related
facilities are performing according to agreed service standards. This
includes:


a.. Providing first level support and troubleshooting on all
Internet related facilities ;
b.. Working with the Production Services group in defining and
implementing service level agreements;
c.. Working with all related business to ensure that Internet
implementation policies are supported and understood;
d.. Working with the Chief Security Officer to ensure that proper
security controls are enforced;
e.. Capturing all information necessary to produce the monthly
management Internet performance statistics;
f.. Understanding future system needs and direction of the
corporation, in order to advise senior management on current and
projected Internet capacity and identify potential risks.

A graduate technical School/University graduate in the area of
Computer

Science, you will have 4-8 years of related experience. Your
experience

in project planning/scheduling, project monitoring and cost/benefits
analysis is demonstrated in your ability to facilitate change in the
technical environment, coordinating multiple projects, and ability to
resolve problems under tight deadlines. Your strong written and verbal
communication skills are complemented by your proven ability to work
with people at all levels.

You also posess:

a.. Strong experience working with IBM Websphere 5.0.
b.. Solid understanding of TCP/IP network infrastructure, Unix,
AS/400 and Win2K Operating Systems, as well as Application Server
Architecture.
c.. Solid working knowledge in HTML, Perl, and Java programming
languages.
d.. Solid working knowledge in SQLServer, DB2 or Oracle.
e.. Good understanding of relational database architecture and
programming.
f.. Good working knowledge of IT standards and procedures.
