I have a two bedroom/two bath apartment in Berkeley Court.
The apartments are not part of the University.  And I am
looking for someone to rent the other room, not sub-lease it.

The apartment is located in Berkeley Court.  (The complex is
right across UCI on Campus Road).  The apartment is located
near the corner of Berkeley and Campus, two miles from the
San Diego/L.A. freeway (405).

The apartment is tastefully furnished.  Pastel colors on
white/cream, oak wood, and black trimming accent the living
room.  The dining room is small, and it has a round, dark
stained rattan, glass top table and four chairs.  There is
a bar-style counter top dividing the dining room and the
kitchen, with two tall bar stools of oak sitting it.  The kitchen 
is fully equipped, and has a side-by-side, ice-and-water dispenser
refrigerator and a dish washer (which I don't use).
The living room and the room for rent have sliding glass
doors facing a balcony, overlooking a tree-and-bush-lined
walkway.  The apartment has central air and heating, all
carpeted (tan), well lit and aired.  Lots of windows, and
it has a nice orientation.  Plants are located in all the
rooms, adding a nice touch to the tranquil and serene
atmosphere.  There are three phone lines in every room,
and there is also cable TV outlets.  Cable TV is also
working, having over 30 channels, including HBO and MTV.

A parking sticker is included, allowing parking in any 
parking space in the lot.  Basket Ball, Tennis, and
sand Volley Ball courts, as well as several pools are
part of the facilities available to residents.  A pool
and a jacuzzi are located fifteen yards away from the
apartment.

There are various facilities also available for everyone.
Beautiful bike-running-skating trails are all around the location,
as well as wide, open, tree-lined streets.  The beach
is 10 minutes away, and there is a park with a lake within
walking distance for picnics, jugging, biking, etc.
There is a small shopping center across the street that has
a movie theater (with five different screens), stores, restaurants,
and banks.  A theater is also across the street, showing plays,
concerts, dances, etc.  The library for the school is also
across the street, as well as a Family Fitness Center gym.
The supermarket is two blocks away, and it is also located
in a small shopping center, which also has shops, restaurants,
and a bank.
