Is the IEEE icon (the right hand rule), or IEEE clip art in general,
available in a format that I could use on my Macinstosh?  I could
easily work with a TIFF scanned image, Canvas or MacDrawII drawings, or
SuperPaint or Illustrator paintings, or PostScript and probably many more.
(I tried scanning it myself, but I wasn't pleased with the results.)
