Unknown Vendor Code

I'm trying to track down a pair of Source and Destination addresses that
are (to me) unknown. I have seen them while troubleshooting a customer's
network.

08008f102abb = Source

0180c2000000 = Destination

I've looked in the ieee Vendor Code list. Could it be a user configured pair
of addresses or recently assigned addresses that are not on my list?

Any responses?

Thanks.
