I would like to commend you on your desire to quit smoking. It's a
difficult decision to follow through with. Let me explain what your up
agianst here. Smoking is a powerful obsession of the mind combined
with a strong complusion of the body. I completely understand why so
many people fail at thier attempts to quit smoking. I have developed
a workbook that was three years in the making, every known way to make
quitting more comfortable and permanent was research completely. I am
now making this workbook available for those who wish to have it. The
program I have developed works...that is the bottom line here...It has
worked for me, it's worked for my friends and family who were involved
in the testing of the program...so I challenge you to try this program
even if you have tried other programs out there. The workbook is jam
packed with daily counter conditioning exericses designed to turn
yourself off of smoking for good. Upon completion of this program you
will never consider smoking pleasurable agian and you will be free
from the power that smoking has over you now.
